The gym is conveniently located very close to Sloane Square, Knightsbridge and Victoria and has good transport links which provide easy access.

Your bespoke package begins with a physical assessment that includes body composition and fat percentage, plus analysis of your body and biomechanics.

Personalised Nutrition Plan

Nutrition and supplementation are the building blocks and essential in achieving your new, lean body. We will provide you with a personalised and proven nutrition plan that’s effortless to integrate into your lifestyle, and also doesn’t require endless hours of cooking in the kitchen.

World Class One-to-One Personal Training

Based in a luxury private personal training facility in Belgravia, boasting 3050 sq foot of space you can ensure that you will receive elite personal training in a private and safe personal training gym. Each client will have a program designed solely for them and their targets.

Regular Reassessments and Continual Monitoring

Every six to eight sessions, we will reassess your results and tweak your training programme and nutritional plan accordingly. By staying focused on the results you are achieving, we can ensure that you keep making progress and that your results do not stall. By using this process we can ensure that your results are continual.

After being told I needed a back operation to fuse my back I decided to take up personal training to get ready for my operation. After meeting Alex and agreeing to proceed with training he designed a structured plan to target the weak areas in my body so that post operation rehabilitation would be quicker than normal. After 2 months of training with Alex my stabilising muscles felt considerably stronger and after being told I wouldn’t be back training in the gym for 12 weeks, I was able to return to full training after 4 weeks due to the strength I had built up.
