Being mobile and having a full range in movement is key to feeling good, keeping aches and pains away and allowing a healthy blood flow through the body.

I have a specialised program working on whole body mobility which uses advanced stretch techniques to ensure the body is feeling loose and supple. This program is an excellent addition to any workout program.
